Brandt began her acting career in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was on her role as Naevia in the drama of the same name, Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actor was on several television shows over the past 10 years, including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians as well as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Since 2016, Brandt is playing the character in the role of Mazikeen in the series about urban fantasies Lucifer starring Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro.
